Introduction
in the Introduction we explain the proper assembly and use of VersaStick, outline certain safety info and introduce the other sections of the DVD.

This is the instructional part of the DVD, where we show you how to properly perform the 36 exercises used in the resistance workouts.

Workouts
We have designed six complete full-body resistance workouts for our instructional DVD. Each workout is displayed in real time so you can follow right along with it. You will be guided through them by the voice-over provided by Chad Slagle. We've also included certain design elements like a screen that instructs you what position to move the tubing to for the next exercise and a counter in the corner that shows you how many reps you have left to complete.
THREE DAY A WEEK PROGRAM
This exercise program is designed to be performed three days a
week, with a day of rest between each workout.
Day 1 / Monday or Tuesday
Day 2 / Wednesday or Thursday
Day 3 / Friday or Saturday
LUNCHTIME/QUICK WORKOUT
This workout uses large muscle groups by way of compound
movements in order to deliver a time efficient full body workout.
CORE STABILITY
Although VERSASTICK“ is designed to utilize the core in almost
every exercise, this is a quick, core-centered workout that
specifically increases core strength and stability, as well as basic
core flexibility throughout the lower back and abdominal region.
FREESTANDING RESISTANCE
This resistance workout is designed for when a door or other
non-moveable object to attach the door anchor/carabiner is not
available. It is also a good way to achieve a complete full-body
workout when there is limited space available.

Cardio/Resistance
This is the longest VERSASTICK“ workout at 33 minutes.
It is only featured on the DVD and you will follow along with it
like a class. This workout showcases several exercises not listed
in the other workouts and incorporates many different types of
movement to provide a continuous cardiovascular response.
It is a high intensity workout that will burn a lot of calories.
