LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Here at VANslagle, Inc., we stand behind our health and fitness equipment.

VANslagle, Inc. (VANslagle) warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and material, under normal use, for as long as it is owned by the original retail purchaser, subject to the limitations set forth herein. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to any of the Tubing components, including the tubing itself and/or the hooks. The tubing components, including the tubing and/or hooks will be warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. VANslagle's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing the product at VANslagle's option. This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser when this product is purchased directly from VANslagle or an authorized dealer. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by VANslagle with all freight and other transportation charges prepaid, accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase. All returns must be pre-authorized by VANslagle. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or modified or altered products, products used for commercial or rental purposes, or products used for display purposes. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by VANslagle.
